• Account and profile information: the details you provide when you create or sign in to an Economy Media account, such as your name, email address, and account settings.
• OAuth access tokens for connected social platforms: when you connect a social account (for example TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, Twitch, or Snapchat), the platform gives us an access token (and, where applicable, a refresh token) so that we can publish on your behalf. We store these tokens to perform the actions you ask for, and we may also receive basic profile information from the connected platform, such as your username or account ID, so we can show you which account you are posting to.
• Video and media you import or upload: the clips and media files you bring into the Service, whether you upload them directly or import them, so we can process, crop, reframe, and publish them.
• Captions and text you add: the captions, titles, descriptions, and other text you create within the Service for your videos.
• Usage and device data: information about how you use the Service, such as actions you take, features you use, and basic technical details like browser type, device type, operating system, and IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies: small files and identifiers used to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. See the Cookies and Tracking section below.

3. How and Why We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the purposes below. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis for each use is noted in the Your Privacy Rights section.

• To provide the core Service: importing your clips, editing and reframing them, adding captions and text, and publishing the finished videos to the platforms you choose.
• To publish on your behalf: using the OAuth access tokens you have authorized to send your finished posts to the specific connected accounts you select for each publish action.
• To operate, maintain, and secure the Service, including troubleshooting, preventing abuse and fraud, and keeping accounts safe.
• To communicate with you about your account, support requests, important changes, and service notices.
• To improve the Service, understand which features are used, and develop new functionality.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Connected Platforms and Your Control

You decide which social accounts to connect to Economy Media, and you choose which of those accounts each video is published to. We only post to a platform when you authorize that account and select it for a given publish action. We do not post to accounts you have not connected, and we do not post without your instruction.

You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your Economy Media account settings. When you disconnect an account, we stop using its access token to act on your behalf and delete or invalidate the stored token for that connection. You can also revoke Economy Media's access directly from the connected platform's own security or app settings.

When you publish to a connected platform, that platform receives your video, captions, and related post content, and it handles them under its own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of each platform you connect and publish to.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances described below.

• Social platforms you choose: when you publish, we send your finished videos, captions, and post content to the specific platforms and accounts you select (for example TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, Twitch, or Snapchat), using the access you authorized. Each platform processes that content under its own privacy policy.
• Service providers: we use trusted vendors that help us run the Service, such as cloud hosting, storage, media processing, and analytics providers. They may process information on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property, or to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
• Business transfers: if Economy Media is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of data.

When you delete your account, or when you disconnect a social account, we delete or invalidate the related access tokens and remove your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or security reasons.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit over HTTPS and access controls that limit who can reach stored data and tokens. We treat OAuth access tokens as sensitive credentials and protect them accordingly.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights over your personal information. We honor these rights regardless of location where we reasonably can. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
